The Lufthansa subsidiary Eurowings Discover now offers its customers a fully automated complaints management system. The software from CHS Claims Handling Solutions has now been activated and enables efficient dispute resolution in the event of any irregularities in flight operations.
Frankfurt, 23 August 2023. Eurowings Discover has further optimised its customer service. With an automated customer dialogue, the Lufthansa subsidiary promises fast and amicable dispute resolution in the event of delays or the cancellation of a flight.
The new feedback form on eurowings-discover.com is based on the technology of justclaims.eu, a software of the legal-tech provider CHS Claims Handling Solutions GmbH and applies to all departures since 1 August this year.
The examination of individual legal claims of passengers is integrated in the software as well as an efficient and customer-friendly dialogue. "The questionable business model of the claims agencies, which usually demand high commissions from customers for their activities, is finally rendered obsolete by the new service," says Katja H. Brecke, Managing Director of CHS Claims Handling Solutions.
"More and more airlines understand that a positive error culture and transparent dispute resolution can be a win-win situation for carriers and their customers. Our software has been perfectly integrated into the processes of Eurowings Discover," adds Ulrich Steppler, Co-Managing Director of CHS Claims Handling Solutions.
Steppler and Brecke are also partners at the Frankfurt-based commercial law firm Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein, which has successfully established CHS Claims Handling Solutions as a spin-off in the airline market since 2017.
