Lufthansa Group carrier Eurowings Discover optimizes efficiency and increases the speed of its complaint management. The holiday airline now relies on automated support from justclaims.eu in its customer dialogue. The goal is to resolve disputes quickly and amicably without involving an external complaint service provider.
Frankfurt, March 22, 2023. Eurowings Discover is going to rely on automated processes of justclaims.eu when handling compensation claims from its customers. The legal-tech solutions of German-based CHS Claims Handling Solutions GmbH offer airlines decision support in the legal assessment of passenger complaints as well as support through efficient dialogue processes.
With the technology from justclaims.eu, the carrier wants to settle any disputes quickly and reliably. The technology is being implemented at Eurowings Discover and should be fully operational in the summer season.
