Who is justclaims.eu?

justclaims.eu was founded by a team of aviation attorneys in order to offer airline clients an easy and encompassing tool for their claims handling. With the number of air passenger claims skyrocketing, claim agencies gaining the upper hand and IATA forecasting the doubling of passenger demand until 2038, the time-consuming handling of endless spreadsheets or clunky CRM systems will have no future.

Ulrich Steppler, LL.M., is co-founder of the CHS Claims Handling Solutions GmbH and partner of the law firm ARNECKE SIBETH DABELSTEIN where he co-heads the airline & aviation group out of the Frankfurt office. He specializes in aviation matters with a particular focus on passenger air transportation and has been representing numerous air carriers in Germany, including thousands of passenger claims.

Katja H. Brecke, LL.M. (Leiden), is co-founder of the CHS Claims Handling Solutions GmbH and partner of the law firm ARNECKE SIBETH DABELSTEIN based in Frankfurt. She has been involved in numerous aviation related matters and has extensive experience in representing passenger airlines and supporting them throughout the claims handling process.
